商务部举办的“2021全国网上年货节”自1月20日开启，为期30天。消费者可以通过生鲜购物应用软件以及电商平台购买各种半成品菜肴。
The Ministry of Commerce is holding an online Lunar New Year's Shopping Festival, which began on Jan 20 and will last 30 days. Consumers can buy various ready-to-cook dishes via grocery apps and e-commerce platforms.

商务部最新数据显示，自1月20日“2021全国网上年货节”开启，至29日（腊月初八至腊月十七）的10天，全国网络零售额达3441.1亿元人民币。期间，全国在线餐饮交易额同比增长49.6%，外卖同比增长60.7%，半成品、特色年菜同比分别增长375.6%和122.2%。其中，中西部地区网络零售额同比增速较快，广西、江西分别增长35.9%和22.5%。
商务部表示，年货节期间，各地通过政企联动、区域联动、商旅文联动等多种方式，结合特色产业发展和公益助农等举措，打出网上过年“组合拳”，让消费者饱眼福、享口福、晒幸福。同时，各地结合疫情防控要求和春节消费特点，围绕“就地过年”人群需求，丰富特色产品与服务，让消费者品家乡味、享家乡情，在当地安心过年。

疫情激发了5G、人工智能、智慧城市等新技术、新业态、新平台蓬勃兴起，网上购物、在线教育、远程医疗等“非接触经济”全面提速，为经济发展提供了新路径。我们要主动应变、化危为机，深化结构性改革，以科技创新和数字化变革催生新的发展动能。
COVID-19 has fueled the boom of new technologies, new business forms and new platforms such as 5G, artificial intelligence (AI) and smart cities, and accelerated the development of a contact-free economy like online shopping, online education and telemedicine. All this opens new pathways for economic growth. We ought to adapt to change and turn crisis into opportunity. We may deepen structural reform and cultivate new growth drivers through scientific and technological innovation and digital transformation.
